Is a personalised plan right for me?
Absolutely! Males and females, any age, beginners through to advanced - because your nutrition plan and/or training program are personalised just for you. In other words no matter who you are and no matter what your goal is, I will design a plan and/or program that will work for you!
How are the Nutrition Plan and/or Training Program personalised?
When you sign up, I'll ask you a series of questions and then use that information to personalise your plan and/or program. I take into account your personal statistics such as your height, weight, age, gender, and activity level, as well as your food and exercise preferences. Everyone is unique, so your program and plan need to be designed specifically for you!
How long will the Nutrition Plan and/or Training Program last for?
Your personalised plan and/or program are updated monthly, so they last for as long as your subscription does. It's absolutely critical to keep your nutrition and your training updated so that you continue to make progress and don't plateau. One-off plans only last for about four weeks before the results start to dry up, which is precisely why I offer a subscription-based service instead to stop that from happening!
Nutrition-wise, your metabolism adapts as you make progress - whether you are losing body fat or gaining muscle - so your calorie level and macronutrients need to be updated monthly to combat this. Training-wise, your body starts to get used to the same exercises, style of training and rep ranges after a while too. So it's critical to update your nutrition and your training every month - which is exactly why I do just that!
Do you offer one-off nutrition or training plans?
No - as mentioned above, they simply don't get much of a result due to the way that our body adapts to both our nutrition and our training - whereas my goal is to get you results! Updating plans every month means that you continue to make progress and don't plateau, which is why I only do subscriptions. I truly want you to get you the result that you're looking for, and working with you over a series of months is the best way to ensure that that happens!
What if I have particular dietary requirements?
Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, or prefer paleo/keto/low carb - I'll design a Nutrition Plan that will work for you! Don't like certain foods? We can leave them out!
Do I need a gym membership?
No, you don't need a gym membership - however I do recommend a gym membership because there's so much more equipment available at a gym than there is at home, which increases the number of possible exercises you can perform. However if you prefer to train at home then that's no problem - I'll design a program that you can complete at home! Please bear in mind though that if you'd like to train at home, you'll need a pair of dumbbells - body weight workouts won't cut it!
What do I need in terms of equipment etc?
For the nutrition side of things, you will need a kitchen scale - some of your food needs to be weighed.
For the training side of things, you will need either a gym membership or dumbbells for training at home (and preferably dumbbells of several different weights).
Are there any contracts? Am I locked in?
Absolutely no contracts - you are free to cancel at any time if you wish. No questions asked - just flick me an email!
